For rent

Our section has different kind of houses for rent.You can rent for a day, week or month as a year.

• All rent contracts are for a 3-year period, regardless of what the parties agreed to in the contract. The landlord is bound to these three years.
   
• Rent cannot be increased during the 3-year period if the contract is in dollars.
   
• Rent can only be increased 15% annually if the contract is in colones, unless otherwise decreed by the government
• The tenant is obligated to a minimum 6-month contract.
   
• Upon signing the contract, you must pay the first month's rent as well as a damage deposit.
   
• The damage deposit is equal to one month's rent.
